Creating and utilising innovation pipelines

Increased cooperation between industry and science makes it possible to recognise obstacles in the innovation pipeline at an early stage. Research institutions have incentives to transfer research results to industry, while at the same time the acquisition of intellectual property is organised in an unbureaucratic and transparent manner. The transfer of disruptive ideas enables the transformation of existing products and business models.
